i am trying to purchase pogo gems and i keep gettting somethng that says error has occured please try again later. i have never had this happened. method of payment hasn’t changed

any suggestions? thanks

    I was FINALLY able to purchase gems this evening after about 27 hours of no go !! Hopefully, it was a glitch and you have been able to get yours by now, too !

    try using chrome to get gems i had the same issues with ie ff they both gave errors but chrome worked hope this helps

    I had a problem, a few months back, tried so many times, also went to HELP, bank called, 8, $5.99 were trying to come out of our account! Thank Goodness our bank was on the alert, i had to cancel my credit card and wait for a new one….scary, POGO!!!!

    This is a problem that crops up intermittently and is highly annoying. I had the issue for several months last year. I discovered I had 3 cards listed in the “my account” page. . . probably from trying different cards to see if that made a difference at some point.

    I deleted all of the cards, entered a card and waited a bit. Lo and behold I was able to buy gems successfully . . . until this week (grr). Same thing is happening to me again. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari with no success. I am not sure if it connected to some sort of upgrade.

    I am in email contact with the HELP desk but it appears that this is an issue that is going to go on for awhile.

    If anything works, let us know!

    Update: the Pogo help desk was able to manually purchase the gems on my account. Don’t understand how they can do it on the card and I can’t but it worked.

    I had an issue a few years back with my credit card “error”.

    I simply set-up a PayPal account and I solely use it for Club Pogo purchases (Subscriptions and Pogo Gems).

    It works great, just one downfall… Regarding the yearly subscription, you don’t qualify for the renewal reward if you pay by anything other than debit/card cards.

    I can live without 1-month free and 100 Pogo gems!
