NO Computer Lab bg I won in DHS?
Did anyone *receive* Computer Lab background?
I won it, but it wasn’t put in closet. I really wanted that one!
So, I went to live chat & was told I can’t get that one, need to choose another token item :(
but I already have the tok items I want.
So, did ANYone get Computer Lab?

I’m not familiar with the BG or the Hot Shot contest that it was in but did the contest also have a “goodie” in it? I know one time I won the daily hot shot and did not get the BG but got the “goodie” instead.

This was the background and it’s called “Computer Lab”. I just won it on my 2nd account also and made note of the name of the BG that I won. It didn’t show up in my closet on that account either, so back to customer service I go :)

Moms, I already tried live chat & had to choose a different tok item. (I only played that day because I wanted that bg!)
I also already wrote Editor. Hope all winners who did not receive their winnings do same. Be nice to think we’ll get somewhere with this, but not holding my breath :\

They closed down live chat, so guess we weren’t the only ones with the problem….LOL
No, will not pick another BG….will get the one I won if it takes me a year :)
I have open questions on both my accounts and will let you know when I get a response.

Closed??? WoW!!! lol
In my letter to editor I wrote they can take back bg they substituted or I will even buy the one I WON, because I really want the one I won.

I just looked in the mini mall for that background and guess what it isnt in there!!!! I liked the bg also and me getting ready to start my fall semester (tomorrow :)) i thought it would have been cute to dress my mini and use that bg but oh well cant find it!!! I hope everyone gets thru to cs and gets their problems resolved

On BH site – DHS ongoing chat – daytimer # 181 wrote that cs told her it was an error & once fixed she would get bg…hoping that happens.

Not yet….have open tickets on both accounts….they have been upgraded to tier 2 or 3. I’m not giving up….even if I never use them….LOL

I won it also and it is NOT in my closet. I’m in live chat as I write this. If I get nowhere with live chat I will be writing to the editor. This is crap!!
