m & m albums is it fixed..are we now getting credit for a completed album and the secret badge?

Back when lots were reporting a problem, I waited to finish 2 albums. In the last couple of weeks I finished each and got the completion banners and badges. I rename the album to the name of the completion badge so I can tell which I have without paging through.

One of my completed albums says 16/20, one that only has 18 badges done says Complete. Thanks goNIL and faded: I had no idea we could rename the albums! Makes it nice to see at a glance that they are done.

Yes, I have been awarded my completion badges for the Mix-n-Match albums…
Although, the completion badges are not popping up along with the 20th complete badges. A Pogo small *tweak* perhaps…
To anyone who doesn’t think they were awarded their completion badges – check your special edition badge album first before contacting Pogo Support…

Just last week I had to contact support for my completion badge. I’ve had to do this since September, 2011. I find it to be a real hassle. I never get live chat and barely get the e-mail option. I still have 3 albums that are completed but not showing complete (18/20, 19/20 etc). Really tired of the same response that they are working on fixing it. Glad to hear that some are getting their badges. Wish I would!!!

I just completed a M&M album and got no badge. You would think pogo would work on this long time problem instead of inventing new ones.

Mrs. Mike Brown – That’s really strange and your sure it has not appeared in the Special Edition Badge Album?
It must have something to do with the incorrect totals on the Mix-n-Match albums.
I have not had an issue with the totals, they all total up correctly.

I too have problems with the right number of completed badges.
2 of my albums are complete but don’t have the completion banner but so far I have gotten my secret super badges, they just don’t pop up like before.
As storm said, check your Special Edition badges Albums before going to CS.
Alsot I have noticed that sometimes you don’t get your completion badge until after you complete one of the badges from the next album.
As long as I get my secret super badge for completing my albums, I don’t mind much about the totals being all wrong, it bothers me yes, but I can live with it lol

I’ve had no problem getting the Completion Badges it’s just that the numbers are still off on all my books. Just so I know it is done I change the title to say “Completed” for my own records until they are finally all fixed. Pretty certain it’s a long work in progress…..
