I seem to be unable to get the free Clue episode from Dr. Pepper?

I am getting the full info and log in page but the banner is not clickable when it says to confirm the prize. Anyone else having issues with that one? THanks!

Yes I am on the site. Yes, I entered the code and other info. Its the very last screen that says confirm your prize but it does not go anywhere.

Once you hit confirm it will show up on Pogo in your gifts.
If it’s not letting you hit confirm, and it’s not giving you a message that something is missing, it could just be a problem with the site. In that case you will have to email Dr. Pepper customer service.
Sorry, but without being able to see it I can’t give you anything else to try.

Are you talking about on the Dr. Pepper site?
Did you enter the code and other info that it asked for?
Really need a little more info so that someone may help you.
