I have had trouble with WCS for a few months now loading no matter if using Firefox, IE, etc.. Have contacted Live Chat but received no helpful insight. Does anyone in BH have this problem also, and does anyone have any suggestions I could try? Thanks!

    Yes Cee, I have been having problems using both Chrome and IE. My screen shows loading on chrome so I just sit and wait. I can usually get in if I wait 3 -4 minutes. Patience is called for :)

    Yep, I have been having the same problem for quite awhile too, no matter which of 3 browsers I’m in. No clue why, but as mspatmac wrote, I just wait it out.
    I usually click to open it and go do something for about 5 minutes so I’m not just sitting there getting frustrated… ;)

    I have the same trouble on Firefox and IE. But if you’re patient enough it eventually does come up. Just wander off and get some ice cream for 5-10 minutes and it should pop up while your gone.

    The same thing was happening with Phlinx for the longest time and Pogo told everyone it was their computer’s fault, then it mysteriously got fixed…so I suspect its the same kind of problem that will get blamed on us not updating our Java or something lol.

    I agree that Pogo’s transition of games tends to mess up them until they find the glitch. (The glitch they promise isn’t there.) In the meantime, what I’ve found is many of their updates are memory leaks – something that is really common in browsers that use tabs. What might help is to have a fresh load of your browser and not have any other browser windows or tabs open and especially have a blank webpage as your homepage or else you’ll be filling your computer’s memory again. Either X out on Windows or AppleQ on a Mac. Then start your browser and immediately go to Pogo, only to Pogo, and play. This should reduce your load time, but you’ll probably still be waiting longer than usual.
