I have a friend that needs to do this and I don’t know what to tell her. I set my IE not to update automatically when I heard about the problems with IE 11.

Thanks!

This is what I found on Microsoft.com [Community] on – Windows 7 roll back of IE 11 to IE 10:

    To uninstall IE11:

Click the Start button, type Programs and Features in the search box, and then select View installed updates.

Under Uninstall an update, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section.

Right-click [Windows] Internet Explorer 11, click Uninstall, and then, when prompted, click Yes.

    Click one of the following:

Restart now (to finish the process of uninstalling Internet Explorer 11 and restore the previous version of Internet Explorer)

    Restart later

IE10 & IE9 can be uninstalled the same way. See http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/282216-internet-explorer-10-install-uninstall-windows-7-a.html

THANK YOU so very much MDF suz :) im sure you asked this for me hun and TY!!
now what I done and was easy for me is I always back-up my stuff (thank God) and I just restored my computer to the day before the update took effect, BUT before I did I had my sweet friend suz to tell me how to set the updates so they were NOT automatic, then I done the restore and it reverted back to IE10 and then I double checked to make sure the auto install was still the way she helped me with and been working like a dream since!!! :) thank you MDF!!
also as a side note while it was in IE 11 NOTHING in pogo would load, specially flash games (food for thought or maybe a connection for problems) and I never have problems with pogo as I usually always keep my computer updated and all files and caches CLEANED :) hopefully all this info will help someone else if needed…..<3 BIG HUGS boop

ohhh PSSS to my last post on the system restore I done the small restore to a previous date not the complete system restore to factory settings…by doing the restore to an earlier point I did NOT lose any data or files or pictures, where if I had done the restore to factory setting I would have LOST everything including files and pictures and all so what ever you do don’t do that kinda restore unless you KNOW what your doing or have NO choice…<3 BIG HUGS boop
