I know I might be in the minority, but I received excellent CS from EA after I found out a badge wasn’t working properly. (In fact, I didn’t even bother to check my email, and their response has been sitting a bit. Oops.)

However, included in my apology letter was a coupon code for their Origin download store – I can’t figure out what it is for or how to use it. I put it in several games (new and old) to download and it didn’t take $ off and I tried to put it in for Pogo and it said it wasn’t a proper Pogo code. Any clues?
