Does POGO no longer have LIVE CHAT help?

Yes all links lead to a dead end, and i have no idea why. I have (6alked to (by e-mail ) pogo.com. but have not recieved an answer. sorry. Tom.

Tom…..I have had no problems when I’ve had to use the new Help section. One time I used email and the other time I used the call back feature that was available. Depending on what the problem is, and when you go there, you get different options available.
