Caren wrote in to share the news that Puffin, a free alternate browser for iOS and Android devices, now supports Flash completely for free. This means you can play any of Pogo’s Flash games (marked with an F icon here) from your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android phone, or Android tablet. I’ve been playing with it for a few days and it’s working well for browsing Pogo.com and playing games.
To get started, visit this page from your device, then click on the link below to download the app for your device:
It may be easiest to send yourself an email with the URL to this post, then open the email from your device and click on the link.
In the past, I’d shared Splashtop iOS and Splashtop Android as a way to access Pogo games on your iOS or Android devices. Splashtop is a remote desktop app, which means it needs to connect to your desktop or laptop to work. That said, it also will support anything your desktop will support, like Java games. Puffin, on the other hand, doesn’t require anything but your device and an internet connection, but it won’t play any of Pogo’s Java games.
Thanks so much to Caren for the find!
