Has anyone else tried to select Word Whomp Underground for this promo? I’ve tried a couple of different ways to attempt to download this game, but nothing is working for me. On Pogo’s homepage, when you select the game from the premium games list, it takes you to a list of game rooms as though the game were part of your club membership. However, none of the room links work. If you try to find the game through the Pogo/iWin download center, you will get a new screen telling you “the page you’re looking for does not exist” and then it directs you back the main page. This was the only game I was interested in trying out to see if I wanted. Poppit is not my thing and I already own Tri Peaks 2, so I’m not sure if the other games have the same issues or not.

hchs, I have been trying too. There seems to be no problem in bring up Poppit or Tri Peaks but yeah Word Whomp goes to a non existing page. It isn’t even appearing in the downloaded word games. I have been trying to contact through Live Chat, but the wait time is over 45 mins. I swear POGO is just one big Mess today!

Oh my, same here. I played the free one-hour game and really liked it. I tried to buy it but spent about 25 minutes going in circles and when I finally got to the point to purchase-showed full price at checkout. Oh well, Pogo’s loss. Wish they would concentrate on fixing all the ‘unembedded’ games before venturing to the embedded games (can you tell I do not like the embeded format :( GL to you-hope you can purchase it as it is fun to play.

I purchased Tri Peaks 2 on Wed. March 28, and was charged full price, plus the date on my invoice was dated March 29!

Beverly: contact Pogo’s customer support to discuss a possible refund.
