I really don’t care one way or another about them changing the badge. The whole point is I did it and the challenge is nice, part of what we pay Pogo for.

As for traveling this holiday….I will be walking into my kitchen but going to my daughters house for dessert. Long ride, her house is about 15 miles from mine.

One other thing. Just curious if others feel the same. I signed up to twitter and facebook to help out. But I do not use those web pages and must say I VERY MUCH MISS THE E-MAILS. I used to get so many more than I do now. Maybe I need to reconsider the facebook issue. Anyone else missing the emails from Becky?????

Does anyone remember me asking about whether or not to get the POTM Allie a couple of weekend threads ago? Well I got her!
A very kind and generous lady gifted her to me. I had only met the lady 5 mins previously!! Truly, she was a total stranger and I mentioned I wanted the tiger and lo and behold 2 mins later I had been gifted her!
I was (and still am) touched and very grateful for the kindness of a stranger.

Also I wanted to ask……I would like to dbl browse to use the ranking up info we have for Blooop (thanks Lura, purplelady10us and Faith for the info) I only have 1 paid for account but a few free ones. I believe that I can only send a guest pass to a free name once so when each of my free names has had a pass can I just make a few more up and keep sending guest passes even thoug they will all share the same email addy?
Will using the same email addy matter?

Spending Thanksgiving at home with Holly Noelle, my Basset Hound. We will be wrapping gifts and getting all our boxes ready to be shipped, and getting our HOWLiday cards in the mail.

I keep saying “we” because there’s nothing that a Basset Hound likes better than to try and “help” with anything you are doing…LOL That just means that everything takes twice as long.

Today, the 20th is also my Dads birthday.

I’ve been waiting with this question since Wednesday morning…
Is anyone else out there missing Mix and Match badges?
I haven’t gone through yet to see which ones are missing, but i am missing two!
When i went to bed Tuesday night, i had 1 badge in album 14, it was completed… and album 13 was full but 2 badges were not yet completed.
Woke up Wednesday… and album 14 is gone. Album 13 has the 1 badge that was in album 14, the 2 not finished ones… and i still need to buy 1 more to fill it to 20 badges.
So two badges are missing.
Surely i’m not the only one?

My 2 teens and I will be staying home for Thankgiving this year for the first time in at least 10 years… it’ll be kinda nice, rather than travelling.

i got the tri-peaks badge but had to stay up til 230ish am (ends at 2am est,but sometimes if youre lucky you can leave window open and still get credit).i was disappointed they didnt extend it – i didnt get any badges on my other acct :(

this weeks challenges are easy enough to finish :)

i will be having thanksgiving dinner for the first time EVER at my own home this year.im a little scared lol but ill be alright.my mom is comming up this weekend to help me. :)

There is a problem with that theory ELL #19….since many have only done one side, they are only at rank 25…it will probably be a long time before they add ranks, and you get 30,200 per side for Sundays. You will miss out on a LOT of tokens. Even when they do add ranks, you will still play for the new ranks and get a lot more tokens anyway. :)

Why are the Secret Mix and Match badges they’ve put out this year no longer animated? Anyone know?
Gem for gem… the mix and match albums are a bit costly… 20 badges at a minimum of 16 gems each. They could at least give us the *animated* secret badges their site claims to give.

i guess the infamous badge of 09 never bothered me. i had it by thursday and my personal was another u know what badge that was just as easy. i can feel everyone looking at me like iam nuts. then i liked that badge so much i did my moms and helped a friend. so the change was just like wow ok. just put my badge somewhere and give me my tokies idc.
so lets talk turkey i’am home with the family. my new hubby will be sharing with me and the kids for the first time. and we so excited. football, turkey and the family what a blessing. and to top it off i’am about 4 months pregnant yeahhhhhhh thanksgiving is gonna be great.

Brenda #31. I agree….they should do the same for the Pebble Golf badge as they did for the T-P one. I tried and tried for the golf badge, too. I finally emailed popo/EA….after 2 letters back and forth, they said we get one freebee badge if we ask for it. I asked for it and they gave it to me. Two of my friends did the same and got that badge, too. Try it…don’t give up, keep contacting EA until they give it to you. gl

Anita4856 – If you cannot get the Pebble Beach Golf, you are allowed one “gimme” badge courtesy of Pogo. If you write to Pogo Customer Service or contact them via live chat on the Pogo Help site and explain you cannot get the badge, they will give it to you. This evidently is a one-time only deal from Pogo to be given a badge you can’t get. Good Luck and Happy Thanksgiving.

Shelly #6 – What a nice gesture from the generous Pogo “stranger”! That is a nice holiday-kinda-story.

I have (mumblemumble) Pogo names – way more than I could ever remember. lol Before there was the club, I was a regular in a roulette room and we would make new names for each of the holidays and have token-winning contests, etc. It was a fun time. Anyway, I have several different addresses I use for them, but all of the addresses have at least 3 pogo accounts on them and probably more – it has never been a problem.

When you have a free-pass offer like the ones posted, you can probably use them on each of the names you already created. Just sign in as each name, click the offer again and you should be set. If not, if it says something like you have already used it, there should be an option there like, “Not Sheljin? Click here” and then you will be able to type in the pogo name you want to try it on.

In my experience, if you have used a Club pass on the names recently, Pogo might not let you do it. But if its been awhile, you can go right ahead and put it on them again. For awhile, I would try to get the special holiday badges on a few other names in case I ever decided to buy a 2nd membership…….but I haven’t done that in awhile. I will probably use these freebies to activate my Christmas names for the month – that might be fun. lol I have a friend with a ton of names and he puts the freebies on every one when he can, goes for badges etc., transfers the tokies over double-browsing. There’s no disturbing him during these times – its like a job. lol

Moms #8 – Suz, from Holly Noelle’s name, it sounds like she is just trying to do her job as Santa’s Elf! lol lol

Madonna #29 – Loved your post! I actually think 3 weeks for the QQ badge sounds like too much now, while looking back. But at the time, I think it made sense. There were many people, like with the dreaded “blank blank” badge last week, who decided not to do the badge for lack of time (planning to do it later), not to do the badge because they could tell it was un-doable (for them), or had stopped the badge mid-week when they realized they weren’t going to be able to make it. (I was a combo of # 2 & # 3) So, adding just one week (for a total of 2) would actually put them back in the original predicament – having only a week to do a horrible badge. So, three weeks was fair, and I certainly think Pogo should have done the same this time. Telling people that they had less than two days to do this badge now, with no future possibility to do it, was one of the most hairbrained decisions ever. Sad, really, when I get the sense reading the LttE that they truly felt badly about this and honestly think this is a legitimate “fix.”

They would have done better, IMO, leaving it alone (if this Special Edition-in-2-days option was the best they could come up with). Then if someone still wanted to spend their life doing it at a later time, that would have been their choice.

Under your scenario of a Special Edition for those that got it done in only a week, giving everyone two weeks to finish the TP badge otherwise, how would you handle the future personal challenges? Like the QQ badge, change the # of wilds you needed so it was more do-able in a week? Or do you like the Special Edition idea, but with a 2nd Special Edition badge for the one-weekers?

I totally agree that the reason they made this decision was because of the whiner-whiners, which is totally unfair IMO. (And, for the record, I got my badge, so I’m not now whining that I can’t get it. lol) I think any solution should hurt the least amount of people, and – for me – anyone who actually HAS THE BADGE, goes to the bottom of the “hurt by Pogo’s actions” list.

# 1 hurt? The people who learned at the last minute that they would not be able to get the badge at all, after they made their choice to postpone while under the impression they would be able to do it in the future like any other personal badge. That is just completely unfair. Apologizing for making a badge that was too challenging, but then giving the rest of the week (less than 2 days!) as the only option to get this same badge, is like the ultimate Catch-22 situation. “We feel your pain, mea culpa, so here’s our official apology: you still only have 2 days to finish it….ever.”

It’s like Pogo apologized to all of us for the mistake they made, but then developed a solution that is completely for the whiner whiners, isn’t it? You did a great job sitting there for hours waiting for your wilds – you now get a badge no one else can ever get. Nice. And still they whined because it would no longer be in their yearly album – do they want the yearly album to be too hard for people to get?? Seems kinda mean-spirited. I just don’t get it. In theory, I should be in the whiner whiner camp, but I can’t stop feeling badly for all the people who couldn’t get the badge at all and who are now just being protected from it by this “fix.”

Your Special Edition badge idea would (should??) take care of the whiner whiner’s particular gripe. I gather Pogo said at the time that they couldn’t be doing extra badges like that – but c’mon. We have seen how many badge images they don’t ever end up using. Dust one of those off, and we’re good-to-go. lol It would be like the special game awards – like the Perfect Game in Golf Solitaire or 36-string in Poppa Zoppa.

As for the Tri-Peaks challenge last week, I got it, it was alittle frustrating but hey afterall, it is a Challenge and we do have a week. Just finished making a huge batch of cookies and now it is time for a break. Going to have fillet mignon and flipper tails (mini lobsters) for Thanksgiving (crossing fingers for no rain so we can cook out and be by the pool).

For Jody # 48 – The rank 10 Spooky Slots badge has also been moved to the Special Edition Badge Album. But it no longer says rank 10, it says win 49 story bonuses to earn this badge.

I got an email from customer service asking me what badges I was talking about. If they had bothered to really read my initial question they would have known. I did reply, but am not holding my breath waiting for them to give me an answer. I don’t think they have any idea, and will just keep asking more idiotic questions that I have already answered.

I also sent in another question about the mini game awards in Stellar Sweeper. They haven’t answered that one, but it’s just a little over 24 hours. I will let everyone know when I get a reply.

Just 1 more thing :) I don’t care where Customer Service is located as long as they are capable of answering my questions, but I would just about bet my life that the person that emailed me is not located within the USA. It was not what they said, but how the email was written.

To my understanding, it would be difficult (if even possible) for Pogo to setup personal challenges to have specific ones go past a week. That was why they did make the Quick Quack one from a few years ago easier once it wound up a PC, but did not make it go beyond a week.

So, my guess is that if they had gone with my idea (or any sort of solution that involved extending the blank-blank challenge beyond a week), their only option for making this badge available as a personal challenge in the future would’ve been to lower the number of wilds so it could be done reasonably in a week (15, maybe?)

So, if I had any say, my proposal would’ve been this:

Blank-blank is a two week challenge. Anyone who got it by November 17th also got a SE badge to go along with the original (a person with clumps of their hair torn out, maybe?). However, anyone who had not yet gotten it has until November 24 – they only earn the initial badge if they finish between the 18th and 24th.

Then, when blank-blank becomes an option for a personal challenge in five weeks, it’s now play 15 wild cards instead of 35. Anyone doing it as a personal challenge still earns the badge, but no SE badge for completing the shortened and easier challenge.

This way, the challenge/badge does not disappear forever, it’s still there for those who wanted to add it at a later date, and those of us who endured the agony of getting it by the 17th are rewarded – as opposed to the mass punishment that came from Pogo’s “fix”.

That minimizes the amount of “hurt”. Those who need more time have it. Those who want to wait and complete a much more reasonable version can do so in the future. And those who turned this challenge into an excuse to go off on “whiners” and their perception of “fair” can’t do so, because they have something extra to show for their efforts.

It’s kind of like the pricing game Hole In One on The Price Is Right. Getting none of the grocery items right in the pricing portion of the game gives you a long putt, but you can still win the car. But if you get them all right, you win a bonus and have one very short putt to win. It rewards those who play perfectly, but doesn’t leave contestants with no chance to win if they don’t handle the pricing part right.

Pogo could’ve rewarded those who did it in a week (in both cases), while giving everyone else the chance to at least win the badge.

And, even though I did earn mine, I certainly feel the pain of those who did not – and now cannot – earn it. I’ve been a member since January 2005, and do wish I could’ve earned the special edition badges offered before I became a member.

Pogo may want to claim they don’t want to do “extra badges” like that, but look at the alternative: They created a badge and challenge that existed for one week, caused a lot of anger, and are now gone forever. Maybe they think this solution is redundant, but that surely has to beat an exercise in futility.

I would imagine their mind is made up on blank-blank, sadly. All we can do is hope they start looking in between extremes, and come up with better solutions in the future.

Happy Thanksgiving All, will be at my son’s home with married children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren this year due to some work going on here at my home. We are now 48, just added a new grand-daughter-in-law this past weekend! Only will be driving about 10 miles, when I ask what to bring, was told just my self!
I did a paste/copy(hope that’s correct term) of the below. I had gone to my badge page to check my totals & low and behold there it was! Wasn’t in a SE was in my 2009 badge album. Did any one else find it in theirs?

Madonna #60 – We’re on the exact same page. I would have gone for the QQ model, too, but wondered what you (and anyone else) thought, since there seemed such a backlash against changing the QQ badge. But with an SE to show for original accomplishment, hopefully that would go by the wayside.

I, too, feel sad about the Special Editions I missed before becoming a member, and truth be told, realizing I was missing out on badges that wouldn’t be issued again was one of the reasons I joined the Club when I did.

Hubby was asleep when i got home from work last week which meant no machinesewing time but time to get that horrible badge. I let all my coworkers know when i got the badge (but then i always let them known when i get a badge.

Mother-In-Law died earlier this year. Good thing as it means don’t have to drive her to & from our house (20 min away) or take food to her house, plus it means I get to cook 3 cornish hens (1 for myself, 1 for huesband & the cats split a hen). Got a lot of baking planed which means I start it Tues night.
Sims 3 World Adventures came out this past Tuesday. Huesband is now a Sims widow untill urge is out of system for a bit. Since EA owns both Sims & Pogo I hope release of expansion pack is reason this weeks badges were easy. mornings before work doing pogo/fb games/ sewing. Evening (after evening shift) after work Sims from 11pm-230am

So good to hear all the optimism this week after the not to be mentioned fiasco. I think this time should be used to play cards with BH friends..any one up for pinochle? canasta? cribbage? spades? hearts? gin?????take your choice…

As for Thanksgiving, it is a forgone choice in our family. Several years ago, my folks did a major make-over on their home, opening their downtairs up into a gracious Great Room, up-dating all the appliances, new granite counters , and new furniture. With 7 kids, 14 grands (ALL GrandDaughters) and 5 Great grands (I am Nana of this bunch, 4 more girls and finally a 16 month-old grandson Oh Yes!!!) and one additional set of parents-in-law, we have a ready made convention. We have it all down who cooks what and who works clean up, setup, child care, etc. This is repeated for Christmas and easter and summer celebrations. It is a tiring, but exhilerating celebration, along with parents tables, childrens tables, and various high chairs..Suddenly, a simple dinner sounds fantastic… There will be football and some version of fairy princess costumes as the girls all keep em at grammys. So, if you are in WA state and feeling lonely, drop me a line. You will never be noticed in our immediate family gathering…Truly a blessing..!!!

For those of us that join late in the year, or just want to earn additional badges, maybe Pogo could let us use tokens to buy weekly challenge badges? The others badges bring in revenue so Pogos not going to allow tokens for them!

Unless plans change AGAIN, Thanksgiving dinner will be at my oldest daughters this year, about 5 miles from me. Shes going to deep fry the turkey I get to make the deviled eggs. My youngest daughter is on her way down as I type, her husband is coming the end of next week. My other daughter is already here.

i have a ? about the road to fame and fortune sock hop badge its pretty old released its where you have to finish the whole story 6 times Well it was my last badge to do in my mix n match album i pursued this badge to finish it up i won the reg game badge but when my album completed i didnt get now super badge nor extra tokens for finishing a badge it didnt even tell people in the room Were they having this issue before ?

Since this weeks comments are a mix about badges, a friend bought a badge, but later read it and decided hed like to throw is out. Is there anyway to remove a badge from a mix n match album???

I paced myself with last weeks Tri-Peaks and it gave me 4 nights of entertainment???? yeah, ok maybe not, but it was definitely easier to take a few hours over four nights that slug it out non-stop!!!

Happy Birthday Lura!!!

Every year I get together and cook with my daughter (well since she got old enough LOL) We always have a houseful and always invite someone that would not have a Thanksgiving otherwise. This year its my downstairs neighbors. Her family for some reason does not talk to her and her husbands family is too far away. They are in their 60s and normally just stay home alone. She actually cried when I them. Kind of sad though to feel that depressed and lonely that just a little thing effects you so much. Oh well glad I could make someone happy!

Oh and I bought my newest grandson an outfit for his first thanksgiving. It has pumpkins and acorns on it and a bib that says happy thanksgiving but the best part is the feet are little turkeys LOL

So excited. After 2 1/2 years of open heart surgery and two heart procedures, yesterday my doctor said I can ride my horse again. So I will be able to join my immediate family of 17 on our Thanksgiving ride down in Kerrville, Texas. Our 84 year old mother will even be riding with all of us kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids.

Happy Thanksgiving to all as well. Im Canadian so had my Thanksgiving over a month ago.. but I WILL be celebrating the US Thanksgiving in Philly this year with some great friends that I met on pogo. This is my first US Thanksgiving celebration :) Then again.. I have been down in the states for the past 5 years for Black Friday… does that count? lol

Lura- Happy Birthday. I do have to say that your turning 29 again brought a chuckle to me. I had my last child at age 35. He was and is pretty bright. I kept saying to him that I was turning 29. At about age 7 for him, his reply was that this was five years in a row that I had turned 29….and an awesome look of surprise in his eyes. Needless to say, my 2 older daughters and myself flew into a fit of giggles. Guess it caught up to me, oh, the small lies we tell..
Anyway, enjoy 29 again and dont let a 7-year-old find ya out !!!

I am really upset that Pogo Moved our Spooky Slots Mix and Match badges to the Special Badge Album. They moved 2008 and 2009. I replay my Mix and Match badges for all of the extra tokens that I can get. Also when I am trying for rank replaying Mix and Match and Premium badges gives me a short goal that I can accomplish.
Now there is no way in h___ that you can activate them!
That also rearranged my Mix and Match albums and the chart that I had spent a long time making is now off.

Maria #12, yes you can pause Trivia pursuit, I mentioned this a few threads back but here it is again, After you answer a question, and make sure its after you have just answered a question, immediately click on Main Menu, a popup will appear in middle of game stating— Return to Main Menu or Not?—-with a Yes or No below it… just let it sit there while you do what you want to do, when you are ready to continue, click on the NO,, and it will take you back to where you were in game. If you click the yes , you will go to the menu and lose what you had a start a new game, so make sure you click the NO !!!

To Sassy-on the room page for dice derby, there are 6-lap and 9-lap choices. You must be in a 9-lap room to get it and GL. Oh, and i always start out with 5 of a kind, either sixes or fives. If I dont get that, i simply hit new game, make sure I get it and start out way ahead !!

I didnt mind the tri-peaks even though it did take awhile.but its not like we are forced to do these badges.I like challenges like that once in awhile.even though they should do more those on the mix in match and pbas cause a lot of those are done very easy.I want my gems worth.I havent been able to get any lately just barely enough for the limited ones.
I dont think Im going anywhere for thanksgiving.that is if my so called family feels like coming and getting me.other than that by myself.

Maria #111 – Pausing Trivial Pursuit: I learned two different ways from different chats here on BH. The first is to hit the Menu button near the top of the TP screen. A box will pop up asking whether you really want to return to Main Menu. Leave it there and do what you have to do. When you come back, say no and continue game. The timing of clicking on the button is a little tricky – it needs to be right after you answered a question. Wait too long, and the box will pop up but the next question will continue counting down. The second method is to just click on any name on the Whos Here list. The box pops up with options (see profile, mute, etc), but also pauses the game. Click on the game screen to continue. This also has to be clicked before a new question starts loading in my experience. Good luck!

I wont highlight all the specific posts, but just wanted to say thanks to everyone for sharing your Thanksgiving plans, and your families, etc. Some very funny, some very moving – all those grandkids and great-grands!, all appreciated. Roulette – I played regularly in the Sports Room and then Moon Shot, though I hopped around a bit at times. Roulette is a great chat game. Sports Room got deleted when Pogo downgraded the game – they seemed to choose a few rooms that had been experiencing drama-troubles to delete. Unfortunately, I too have lost track of alot of people I used to play with because I had to switch to a different name for my Club account due to some rotten apples in roulette. Wish Pogo could truly address the stalker issue – but thats another discussion for another thread, methinks.

At the top of my Pogo wish list is just one lousy badge in Roulette – would love to have that as part of my collection since I played it for so many years. I had hopes when they announced the Quickie Casino PBA, but no luck.

I don’t know what all the whining was about for the Tri Peaks, Stone Idol Badge. I got it done on 2 accounts (both mine) in one day and I did a friends and got hers by Thursday afternoon.
You don’t have to do the challenges if you don’t want. But I am a Badge Ho’ and I have to have everyone that Pogo comes out with. While it may take a little longer on some that others, I don’t care.
I think the ones of us that got it should get a special reward from Pogo. Just like the Quick Quack one, I got it and had no problems. I am tired of the whiners winning and getting their way with Pogo. I work hard for my badges and don’t want them put in a Special Edition or Limited Edition Album.

Since I only play that game for a badge I was very low in rank and thats why I have been doing it as a Personal every week. Looking at my pogo notes for scrabble….all I have noted down to get bingos is to play traditional rules and check the dont challenge words option. Also dont play a bot, you have to dbl browse or get a friend to play. I found the best way is for your friend (or urself if you dbl browse) to only play one letter per go so that the person trying for the bingos has more letters left to play with.

For Deb #139 – I went back and saw your post #15 where you said it was impossible to complete the story 6 times in 4 days. Is this the badge you are talking about? Did you finish it? Congrats!!

When you write to Pogo customer service you should get an email immediately that states that you should get an answer in 24 hours.
Since this is the weekend I would give them until Monday. If you dont get an answer go back into the help section to your original question.
Then post an update asking why they have not answered you. I would do that every 24 hours until I got an answer.

That is what I am currently doing with the 2 questions that I am waiting for answers on. I would think that the majority of their employees do not work on the weekends and I will wait until Monday to update my questions again if I dont have an answer.

but please if you can answer my question on BLOOOP …. i followed the directions as mentioned in the “rank up faster on Blooop”. I was doing really good until i made a mistake and guess what ….. i lost everything … i was set back to the rank from which i started ….

I had made like around 10 ranks and lost them all … my grandson started at rank 16 and advanced to rank 25 … got his rank 20 badge … but went we made the mistake it took him back to rank 16 … still has the rank 20 badge … but he had to do all those ranks again, from 16 – 25 …. do you know why that has happened …. he was playing rated … could that be the problem???? thank you

I do not play a rated game in blooop and my ranks have gone up and stayed. Experiment….do not play a few rated games and see if you still have the problem.

For Battleship in game badge. I thought the requirement was to sink 2500 battleships. but I got the badge. Either I misunderstood the requirements or they changed and sinking any (opponents) ship counts.

Still working on Thanksgiving menu. Making dinner coupled with medical appointments with my daughter may be a bigger challenge then anything Pogo has thrown at us. But, Im thankful that I can do it all to the best of my ability

Thanksgiving at my house so I don’t need to travel, I am the only good cook in the family, ha! Just close immediate family will be here. My son moved out this year (he is 21 and I miss him terribly) but he will be home so I am looking forward to that. Then we spend the weekend decorating for Christmas, I love this time of year!

Was wondering is anyone has played Restaurant City on Facebook? I tryed it last night was sorta lost you really dont do anything you just set it up and let it run itself. Not really what i call a game. And Pogo is advertising on thier main page, so what does pogo have to do with this game?

I am new to this website but would like to thank you very much and to say your considerable time spent here is appreciated by more people than you know. Browsing the Weekend thread, I noticed a post by Brenda regarding a 2003 Golf badge. I didnt see one in my 2003 book but I remember that nasty one in 2004 – get 2 jackpot spins. There used to be a glitch that when you whacked the ball anywhere, after you reached (if memory serves) 15 the card reset itself so by the time you reached the 18th hole you were under par and got a spin. Hope that works for you.

Jacquie #164. Yes, you are correct, it is in 2004 album….but the glitch was fixed and hasn’t worked for a very long time.

Either there is a glitch, or 2500 battleships for the “Battleship Bomber” badge means any ships at all, because I just got it after sinking 2502 ships.

I posted this in the one of tips threads.so I don’t know if you want to post this or not.in jungle gin you can rank faster by working with a friend or doubl browsing.
set up like this:
friend or dbl brws:have your friend or your other free account(send a pass to)have their hand set like this: 2 k’s,2,q’s,2 j’s, 2 10′s2 9′s alternating the colors so you don’t get a set.

example:k hearts,k diamonds,q spades,q clubs,jdiamonds,j hearts,10,clubs,10 spades,9 hearts,9 diamonds

then your hand take the low cards:aces,twos,and three’s unless u have like 2 or more of 3′s-8′s then take those.

but make sure you both are set to get the max points.i don’t remember how much you get but it ranks pretty quickly.and if your playing with a friend let them know what you need and vise versa.

also in battle ship you can rank faster double browsing or playing with a friend.and get 100 shots.double browsing is a little better some ppl don’t want to stick it out.and double browsing you know where your opponets ships are.
start out by sinking all the ships except the big one forgot the name(the one that takes 5 shots to sink)so leave that one.and then just fill in the rest of the grid the blue squares.then the green squares,then the last ship.

i do have a question for anyone who has the downloadable game Way to go bowling..i meet all the system requirements have nothing else running when i try to play the game. the ball lags on me by the time i try to roll the second ball i run out of time.. i did everything that pogo said to do in their help section..still playing demo would like to purchase game ..i love bowling games ..lol..does anyone have any helpful tips to make game run smoother faster? i sure would appreciate any help,…thank you

I’m not happy with Pogo messing with that Tri Peaks badge. I got mine fair and square. I think Pogo is being unfair to those of us who won the CHALLENGE fair and square. Maybe I could understand if it were a difficult challenge but it wasn’t–just time consuming.

I was just reading the letters to the editor about the holiday release: someone was complaining that there wasn’t very many things for tokens. The response was that there was the same number for tokens, just more that cost gems making it LOOK like there was less. Ummm… I call BS on that one. One shirt and it doesn’t go with the snow pants, three goodies, and a few backgrounds? Not to mention only ONE thing for Hanukah? I hope there is more coming in December, because I didn’t have many tokens last year and only bought a few holiday things… thinking, of course, every year would bring a bounty! Sheesh. Maybe Coke will let me cash out points for gems? What do you think? :)
