Hi all, happy Fall! The leaves are starting to turn, people are starting to pick apples, and the days are getting shorter. I think I found this site through another site. I tried this site earlier but it must have been down and I thought I might not be able to leave a comment in time, I love reading all the threads. ;)

I found this site a few months bac using a search engine and have never looked back, everyone here is so helpful and Lura you are the best!!!

My open thread advice this week is in regards to poppit.

If you remember a couple of weeks back when we had the win 100 games on level 2 Mbpmorris posted information on a “glitch” in the game to allow really fast wins and rank progress.

I have discovered the “glitch” also works for releasing prizes badges.

Example I was working on the Stumpy McDeal prize badge i played until i found a stumpy and then used the “glitch”, I had the badge in no time.

Pretty useful if you’re working on the release 4000 prizes or 500 frogs ughhhhhh they were so long.

The tokens from Home Depot are not being added into my account total either. It’s the first time that has ever happened to me. I will keep trying though :)

Andrew its all good, sometimes being consumers we get one dementional(I know I know you spell bound perfectionists I cant spell worth crud lol) in otherwords we look at things from just our perspective and not the company’s or there shareholders and on and on in all your right there are people out there that are on fixed incomes I am disabled but im lucky enough that I put my wife thru lpn school before I decided to get myself hurt on any given day i spend maybe at the most 20 mins to 30 mins outside and thats just to walk my kids to school do I thik 40 dollars a year for a game site I spend more time on then most normal people do at there jobs heck yeah no where could I get that kinda entertainment so when I buy gems for me personally its like giving Pogo a tip for being the best game site and thank you for the hundreds of hours a month I spend there do I think everyone should buy gems prolly not if its going to be a toss up of food on the table or gems or Pogo for that matterI love Pogo dearly but if my kids have empty stomachs then theres no way I could sleep at night knowing that thankfully for my wife I dont have to cough get 15 free years of Pogo but thats another story for a diffrent day

“ANDREW” jst got back from a nice afternoon out and jst in time it seems to have the last word….LOL.

Tigger so very sorry to hear about your condition. If you’ll read both my posts you’ll see I covered jst about everything/everyone (in a nutshell of course) on the subject. I guess I’m jst a bleeding heart and feel bad for those among us who are not financially privileged to do as they please and forced to a point of desperation to feed an addiction. I’m NOT BLAMING anyone or even POGO…jst stating an observation, please understand that.

Lura could we PLEASE do a thread on this…I’m sure we’ll hear more interesting viewpoints in a nice, polite setting without the PERSONAL SLUGFESTS that are the norm at other sites.

I found this great site (thanks Lura) like most of you, from Badge Addicts. After seeing credit going to this site for lots of their scoops, I had to check it out and never looked back.

To Andrew and others, I am glad that Pogo has found ways to increase revenue with out increasing the membership fee. The more others spend on gems and download games, the less likely they will increase the annual membership.

This also allows you to controls how much you want to spend on your Pogo experience. If I only want to spend $40 a year for Pogo, I can, and I think that is a great value.

andrew, even if ppl scrounge their last dollars for pogo, its because they cannot get out, they live on ssi, i know i live on ssi..i can get out somewhat, but not totally..its their choice if they want to scrounge for pogo money, its not pogo putting a gun to their heads…
