still waiting for the crosscove problem to get fixed. It’s really frustrating when Pogo gives you the option of getting the answers to the puzzles daily, and then does not give the proper tokens you win just because you finish the puzzle too fast. Pogo if you’re not going to pay off correctly dont offer the answers. Of course you’re going to finish faster if you have the answers. Come on, you said you were fixing this over a week ago, hello! still not fixed. You don’t have a problem taking our yearly dues when it’s due so fix promblems just as fast.

Hi Bea and Amy, which checker badges are u going for. There are several shortcuts to winning checkers. The resign button works and the redo button works. I will be glad to help if u let me know. Racteddy9.

The Badge badge is random, but one tip that can be used is at the start of each round Type in BADGE in case you miss it playing the round out.

Have a great weekend everyone. Was happy to see two personal challenges this week helps a little. For months I have been writing Pogo asking them why they dont offer personal challenges for gems. That is one thing I personally wouldnt mind paying for. They do it for mix and match and albums. It would also be extra cash for them. Was wondering if anyone else would like to see that offered. Anyhow another great week on an awesome site. Keep up the good work and ty.

No Pogo Routine here really. I used to do my Trivial Pursuit every week or so, and Word Search at least once a month…. Well I havent done Trivial Pursuit since March and Word Search since June LOL But I did so some Word Search last night. Trivial Pursuit is such a boring game that catching up will take a lot of patience. Crossword Cove I will keep up with enough that I dont lose any puzzles. Ive completed all of May so far.

Supposed to be around 90 degrees the next few days. We have the coldest July on record now its been above 80 for all of August other than 1 or 2 days lol… figure that out.

Im hoping we see Mini Golf Madness real soon.
I also hope Pogo finally lets people into the next Beta Session! The current session got their Were closing your accounts in 1-2 weeks message the first week of July. Not sure whats up with that.

I have had a question on my mind all week and been waiting for today so I can ask you all it! lol
When you have all ranked out of Trivial Pursuit and Crossword Cove will you carry on doing the dailies (assuming the game just won’t stop at rank 50) or will you stop once you reach 50?
I was thinking I would stop at 50 but then I got to thinking what if they make more ranks later on? Should I carry on and hope against hope that my progress counts for the new ranks or just stop and start up again if they make more ranks?

What are you all going to do? I would be very interested to hear!

As for a Pogo daily routine….I do Trivial Pursuit every couple of days because even with the answers the game bores me to death. I am still catching up with Crossword Cove but am getting there slowly but once caught up i’ll probably do it every few days. I do Wordsearch about once a week.
Then I might work on the weeklies (if not already done) or just play any game I fancy.

I do TP every day because if you don’t, you lose 3000 tokens each day. After ranking out in TP, I will continue doing it because of the great tokens. If you do each game each day, on Sunday you get 30,200 tokens EACH side, U.S. and UK. !

I have found that if you want to make sure you get full token count in Crosswords, you have to wait the full 14 minutes before finishing. Many times I go do something else, and forget, so I have to set a timer to remind me. lol

i have several games i have purchased and i can chat on all of them but my tri peaks deluxe (red ruby) one. i am connected to pogo as i do when i play the others. is anyone else having this problem or can someone help me rectify the problem. i appreciate any replies. have a great weekend and keep on supporting pogo. this is the first time i have written on this site. pogo player poo (sharon)

EdC, I am in the same boat as you. I think I am totally burned out on Pogo. I love to play games but when Pogo gets new ones, the goals to rank up and get badges is so out of reach, I lose interest right away. I think when Pogo started shorting tokens on Word Whomp, I started slowing down on Pogo. I will keep up with weekly, mix n match and premium badges, but other than that, I sure don’t play like I used too! I do keep up with daily Trivial Pursuit and Crossword Cove, because I don’t want to get behind in them, but I usually only do Word Search a couple times a month just to get the badge.

I do have one question, Lura, what time do you post Trivial Pursuit answers on here? We have to take our granddaughter home early Sunday and would like to do them before we leave, we will be gone all day and don’t want to miss the UK one. Thanks for all your hard work with this great web site, I love it and usually check it before I do anything else on the computer every day!!

I come here first every day too, to see what’s new, then play TP and CC (using the answers here as backup for when i’m stuck).

Will you be posting about the Monopoly contest for the trip to Vegas? I did one of my personal badges in that game this week to get more entries in it. The contest is posted on the News page and on the game page itself too.

I wish we could win gems, or use tokens to buy them, too — i’d like to try the mix-n-match and premium badges but don’t want to pay extra.

My routine is simple: Trivial Pursuit and Crossword Cove every day (TP worth a ton of tokens and CC will be as soon as they get it fixed lol), and do my weekly badges each week. When I have nothing else to do, I work on earning my mini awards; I only have one left on Penguin Blocks and I’ll be all caught up :)

I also noticed that Pogo is giving away two-week guest passes again. I always wonder why Pogo doesn’t give incentives to people who are already Club Pogo members (like extra gems, maybe)? just a thought ;)

Maybe one of you lovely badgehungry-ers can help me with this problem… I am asking you first before I turn to the dreaded Pogo customer service for advice…

I have Windows XP, there are four user accounts set up–me, hubby, daughter, and guest. I cannot get pogo games to run on either my or the guest account. The applet will start, then the Java will never load, the Java cache shows absolutely no activity. Pogo works fine on hubby and daughters account. I have checked, double checked, rechecked that all settings are exactly the same for every one. I have uninstalled Java and reinstalled it. Still no go. Any thoughts?? I have done the Java tests that Pogo has set up in the help section, and it says that everything is fine… although, when I had completely UNinstalled Java and had not REinstalled it yet, the pogo Java test (I tried it on a whim)came up saying that the latest version was installed on the computer, when actually there wasn’t any at all! Go figure… This is the reason I am trying here for help first. If the Pogo Java test doesn’t work, I don’t know if they will be able to help with my problem or even understand what I mean. :)

ON TOPIC: My usual routine is to grab a Diet Coke with lots of ice, sit down to play Wordsearch, Crossword, and work on a few games in which I am ever so close to ranking out, all the while doing other internet things (paying bills, reading emails, doing college work)–I like to multitask! The game-not-loading problem on my Windows name is a definite problem because I have all of my favorite websites bookmarked, and I am at a loss when I have to use hubby’s or daughter’s to play Pogo. Not to mention that I am inundated with Nascar stuff on hubby’s name, and Taylor Lautner (Jacob from Twilight) stuff on my tween daughter’s name!!!

I was in amazing mini 1 day & the Pogo judge said ‘people think backdoors is special, ha ha. It’s no different than coming in usual way’.
I took that to mean it makes no difference?

Sneekin has gone off b4 & come back, so maybe it will again.

I’ll continue playing Trivia after ranking. B4 I found this marvelous site, a Pogo friend & I used her daughters free acct, after she didnt renew, to do trivia. Then armed w/ correct answers, we enter them on her, my dads & my accts. We take turns @ day. I still do this, I enjoy playing 4 real, but like my stats & tokens being higher. (Unless Im in a hurry, then ty for answers ahead of time). Once I know the answers, then the game is boring & its nice 2 share the work while still keeping up daily.

My pogo routine consists of doing my trivia on both sides, then crossword on both sides (with a couple extra for catchup if I can stand it), then I do 2 times around in pps as it’s my goal to finally finish it this year ….. it’s a chore not a joy now. Then I can play what I like …. currently most often skeeball, boggle, and addiction solitaire. I work on a badge now and then, since I buy whatever goes on sale. (that scrabble album was no fun and kinda wish I hadn’t got it but forced myself to finish it yesterday ….. 60 6 letter words …. pfffftttt is enough said about that!)

Terri (post 22): you can get the correct tokens in word whomp. It has the classic token limiter, so just watch your token count and when it starts to short you, reload the room or change rooms and it will be correct again for a while. Depends on how good you are …. I can get all words on hard most of the time, so I have to reload every few thousand tokens, but in the long run I make tons in whomp. Would love more ranks! I find whomp underground does the same thing.

Thanks for the tip on crossword tokens …. will try that ….. do something else for a bit while the timer counts. I’m all excited now to check it out!! I do like to try to do the puzzle on my own and fill in with the answers when I am impatient lol.

hello everybody.. my routine is checking this site, doing cc tp and word search then work on games i am trying to rank out in… Mike the only tips i can offer for boardwalk sea ball is, try to play in a room alone, you will get the max tickets for every round that way, or if you have a lot of friends that you like to play the game with, set a score for each round, like get a 5 in boats, and shoot 1 duck, get 1 coral, and shoot a 50 in clams and shoot a red squid, doing it that way you all get the same amount of tickets per round, as long as your scores are even, me and my friends play that way and i am up to rank 47, and if for some reason your ball bounces around and you don’t get your target score you can make it up in the next round, i hope that makes sense, gl, and have a great weekend everybody

Well, after booting my PC, starting my coffee & reading my email, I stop in here to see what’s up, then I may go to Pogo. Like EdC & Terri, I have become somewhat disenchanted with the place. It’s become more of a chore than fun. I still do CC & TP (UK in the evenings) and both along with Word search (US) in the mornings. Work on any ongoing badges, but don’t care much about ranking up unless I’m REALLY bored. I also try to keep up with Jigsaw Detective every month. Without question though, I don’t play or enjoy Pogo nearly as much as I used to. I find that very sad :(

According to my LAST response from EA help support. They are working on the token issue, but have no time line as to when it will be fixed. They “strongly” recommended I play some of their other *great* games until it’s fixed.

One more thing to paulettegmp that wasn’t mentioned. By giving these people access to your Pogo account, they will also have access to any billing information that you have stored there(credit card or bank card), so it isn’t only your Pogo account that is at risk here, but your bank accounts as well. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

I’m curious, people that have gotten BADGE & 10 letter words in boggle, what time of day & what rooms used? I ask when I see people w/ the badges & so far all have been morning & random. I play evenings & hit ‘Play Now’ now, lol. Assume it shouldn’t matter, but I’m almost Rank 30 & VERY frustrated.

I now have laptop w/ Vista & put in my Pictureka! (no problem), but having trouble w/ The Poppit Show! It wont let me update or connect to my pogo account. I get an error message, but can play offline. Does any1 know what I can do?

I don’t enjoy word search like I thought I would. I forgot about it 4 a long time & am now 20 days behind. I don’t get the new badge until after ev1 else. I keep up now, but after we get thru all the states, I’m done w/ that game! Or do they have plans 4 something diff after 50 states?

Thank you too to evanka11, and gl as well – I’m starting to get to the point where I don’t remember working! So much for all those degrees on the wall, I think the badges show more dedication these days! Can I put that on a resume? ;)

To several that have been having computer problems – the best advice is to download Firefox (free browser, open sourced – built and maintained by nerds, and MUCH safer than IE) when my roommate upgraded to Vista we couldn’t get anything to run, but Firefox will take care of most of your problems and usually will suggest Java updates and how to fix itself. Be forewarned, I think the default is to block popups (and we all know how much Pogo loves to pop!) so you’ll have to change that – the easiest way is to just go into a room and you will get an error tag either at the top of your browser or another window which will ask you if you would like to allow popups from pogo. That way, you can block “bad” popups, but Pogo can do its thing too. I put myself through grad school building computers (PC/Mac) so, while I’d rather talk reptiles, I’m more than happy to help if I can and I think I linked myself above correctly.

hello I had a idea the other day and i was thinking this site should have like a page where people can get all the same news on there cell phones it would be really simple every thing you normally put up here but only shorter and no pictures to load. Like some times in the morning when a game comes out I like to come here using my phone to see if its out but my phone cant load the pictures or any thing so it makes it hard to view the website because its trying to load every thing.

Gecko, Too good of information knowing your expertise on the PC’s. Here’s a general question for you. Once Java does an UPdate is it ok to delete all other upgrades? When I’m trying to remove unnecessary things from my XP I wonder if its safe to do so. I haven’t to date.

I’ve been playing Addiction Solitare all day and need the Token Gift for a badge. When they say it comes up rarely they aren’t kidding.

As I’ve been reading this just the last couple of weeks I really have to chuckle when I think about how alike all of us are all across the country.

no routine for me, i play whatever suits my fancy. these days, you’d be just as likely to find me fighting off those danged creatures of the night in “Plants vs Zombies”; i never thought such a comical game would hold my interest as it has. and no tokens or ranks at that.

on xword cove; the token issue is just like that of other word games such as whomp–you type too fast, you don’t get the pay-out. unfair to penalize the good typists/spellers, but all in all, i play for the fun of it and won’t let issues such as these determine how i feel about a game. if i enjoy it, i play it. simple as that. i consider the loss of tokens in those games the price i pay for hastening the rank process and having a good time. no way i’m sitting on my ever-spreading buttocks for a handful of tokens.

i doubt i will play the dailies once i rank out, even for the magnificent payout. heck, i’m not nearly ranked out now and the tokens aren’t enough of a draw to lure me in!

i think sometimes the expectations–badges, ranks, tokens, new games, et al–are what burn us out on pogo. sometimes it’s good to get away, be it a different game site, doing things with your kids and/or pets, going for a walk or baking a cake. i started playing on pogo because i enjoy games. when they feel too much like work, i take a break.

i need to know what is the easiest way of popping all the balloons in poppit if anyone kows plz contact me or leave mess. ty

I am doing a badge from the On the Go premium album. It is a Mahjong Garden badge where I have to remove 200 tiles in 8 minutes. I’ve been playing on easy and win the first game just under 4 1/2 minutes. By the time I finish the second game (another 4 1/2 minutes), it says my time has run out and reactivate the badge. I get 144 tiles in one game. Any tips on how to complete this badge? I would really appreciate it.

Are there answers available for Word Search Daily?

Suzi, I had a really hard time getting that badge too – what I did was wait until I’m almost done with the first game, and then set the challenge.. finish that game and start the next one and it works! :) Good luck

do not activate your challenge until you are almost finished with the first puzzle. then finish it and proceed to the second puzzle. you should have your badge in plenty of time.

To everyone who gave me the tips: Thank you so much!!! I got it first try with your tips. I only activated the badge when I had 4 tiles left to match on my first game. And so I had plenty of time of the second game to do the whole game with time to spare. Thank you so much! I have been trying this badge for a week now with no luck. You guys are great.

(Laura) In Crossword Cove, the black check mark means that there is an error in your puzzle. You should be able to re-do it correctly & get the green check mark.

i see laura left a comment on the black check marks in crossword cove…my question is ..i have all green check marks on my puzzles except for 1….can anyone tell me why …and is there something i need to do to get the black check marks? thnx…by the way i love this site

I love your site and find it very helpful on most if not all topics. But today I was going through the weekend threads and came upon the site for the Hangman Hijinks word list, needless to say I was very disappointed in it. The 5 puzzles that I did, only 1 had the words from the list. I know its impossible to get all the words, but 4 out of 20 was a little disappointing.
Thank you for the help with Crossword Cove and TP. Those 2 games can be very frustrating, but I did have all the US CC done before I stumbled upon your site area. Have a great weekend everyone!!!

My routine varies with the time of day I play games on Pogo. Mornings it is Trivial Pursuit first. But I rarely use the answers. I do trivia to try and keep my mind sharp and active as I get older..lol. Also do CrossWord Cove now for the same reason and because I love word games. Again I dont use your answers but have been known to hit the HInt button several time and the solve button every once in awhile.

Afternoons is badgework and always have to sneak in some Mahjong.
Evenings is for socializing, so usually gravitate to rooms where I can chat and not loose tokens, preference for Tri-Peaks or Payday Free Cell or one of the other solitaire games.

Weekends is for adventure so I usually try out games Ive never played or that have seemed difficult to see if they appeal to me. I have 15 listed in my favs and rotate among them also.

I enjoy this site for the heads up on free tokens, up coming badges and new games to be released and especially for input by other game players.

My pogo routine is pretty regular, I hit it hard after a days work.
Thats catching up on everything (CC, TP, WSD) before the time changes (UK) Seems like im always RUSHING when I finally get the chance to get on here. Unfortunately, I dont get to sit on pogo ALL day EVERYDAY like some people so I really dont ENJOY it throughout the week, only on weekends…I really cant stand Boggle Bash especially people who cheat in that game, i mean cmon people this chic had 145 words one time HELLOOOOO, then you try and click on her profile AUTHORIZATION FAILURE but of course she has ALL the badges shes almost ranked out the games only been out 2weeks now.
Its really, taking the fun out of some games for me. NEXT…

I wanted to ask you (or anyone) do you go to the passing rooms in Everyone Whines in Bingo (I am ranked out here, just need bout 10,000 more nuts) if so…have you found a REALLY, REALLY good one what time zone?! When I play I jump from one to another, just like Bingo Luau that game is the P-I-T-S just hit Rank 45 omg five more to go yee haw but i jump the route (so it helps LOL) TG!!!

I know there is a lot of discussion I may be the only 1 anal enuf to read all of it, so I am going to repeat a download game issue Im having. I see several few posts w/ their own issues w/ dl games. Mine has to do w/ putting them into my laptop w/ Microsoft Vista (dont know if that has anything to do w/ it). No probs w/ Pictureka, but The Poppit Show!, which is the 1st 1 I ever got, will not allow for updates (I put it in as allowable w/ my antivirus) it will not let me connect to my pogo acct which is up running. I get an error message. Any ideas?

Pogo, Pogo, Pogo, wish they could do something with Crossword Cove. They said they were going to fix it, and still have not done anything. They have not fixed Monopoly World yet either. They were supposed to put more dice on so you could move around the board faster. All these promises and nothing, they are getting real bad about fixing bugs etc. All They care about is getting the new games out and the heck with the old ones. We definately are not getting out moneys worth, with games that dont even credit the right amount of tokens to you ! I refused to buy any gems and wont till they get it fixed. More people need to do this too, maybe if they start to lose money from gems they will get on the stick.

First things first…

Lura knows I love this site and her, if any of you have ever gotten the chance to get to know her somewhat on a personal level, even if its just by helping her out on days the new games come out ie ( CC when I know alot were very busy sending in the answers for all the puzzles), you know when you come here that she goes above and beyond feeding our pogo addictions…

Now my point, I read ( EVERYONE of these posts daily, especially the weekend thread when there is alot of traffic and yes sometimes it gets crazy especially when (WE) rehash the same thing over and over, but now that the pages are numbered maybe we can just say refer to number blah blah blah, when someone ask the same question….

There are ALOT on here that graciously contribute to this site, whether it be with tips, javas, browers, or just posting their general answer to the thread, and yes Lura (NOT LAURA) I know for a fact appreciates all the support she gets from all of you, and I just wanted to say as a regular I DO AS WELL!!!!…Its really a pleasure to find, Im sure so many diversified people coming together, looking out for the other…

One thing I will add to this weekends thread and YES we all have our own opinions, but alot seek legitimate advise from this site, and as grown people we should continue to do what Lura or anyone else running a well respected site would expect from us….. when someone says they screwed up because they bought tokens from a website that yes is spammed in pogo ALL the time, then dont beat them up over it….give them the advise that most did and that is DONT trust anything or anybody with your information….

I come here because I know this site, gives nothing less than honest information, or Lura wouldnt approve it, thats just how she is , however I dont tear anyone down because they made the mistake of trusting another…..yes it may be a lesson learned, but NO ONE deserves to be taken advantage of online or in your real world….so instead of more negativity over a mistake, that we ALL make in our lives at some point, give them the advise that will help them, not beat them down even more…for those that did ….THANK YOU!!!!

someone correct me if i am wrong, but i believe there was a Letter to the Editor that stated they were going to examine whether or not to increase the dice rolls in Monopoly Slots, but gave no guarantee that they would. i have friends who have finished the game, so i’m guessing that the dice rolls will stay where they are; it wouldn’t be fair to change the game at this point, nor is it really necessary. slots are what they are: tedious by nature, lol.

i would doubt that boycotting gems will affect how fast or well anything gets done in another department, but that’s just my opinion. and at 11¢ per day, pogo is still a bargain.

Chrissy, email Pogo and tell them how much you have tried, but have not been able to get the Pebble Beach Golf Badge, and ask them to give it to you. They told me they give ONE freebie badge to a person, and that is the one I requested, and got. Others have gotten it that way, too. You might have to email them a couple of times before they do it, but they will eventually.

Herself (84): I use the passing rooms, but no specific one or even specific time. I wish I remembered the last one I was in about a week ago, though … it only had 4 blackout naggers and the rest of the room was encouraging the “play how you want” train of thought. It was a really pleasant room, for a change.

Chrissy, I tried and tried, it was just impossible for me to get that badge. One customer service person answered my first email by saying there was a scoring technical problem, but they weren’t going to do anything about it. I emailed back saying if there is a problem, they should take the badge out of the 2004 album so people can complete the album…that is when they gave it to me. I guess some have worked with it long enough to get it after the glitch was fixed….but I don’t see how, or they are very good at golf. lol

Java updates – unless you really know what you are doing, I usually suggest that you don’t delete anything beyond the *.zip file that the update comes in. It is just too easy to mess something up there.

Running older downloads on Vista – many are not compatible (some not at all, I can’t finish Myst now) but some can be played in “emulation” mode. While not really what it says, sometimes it works. At the program icon, right click – properties – compatibility and select XP service pack 2.

OMG! Plants vs Zombies!!!!!! I have the Mac version (why doesn’t Pogo ever offer Mac games?!?!?) I’m so hooked – gotta catch them all and I’m missing only 3 plants now! Whoot!

First off, I LOVE this site! I check it daily since I discovered it’s existence a few months ago. The tips and TP answers are a great addition to my Pogo addiction.

I was wondering if anyone here knows the secret to scoring high on the Squid segment of Boardwalk Seaball. I really love that game and I’ve improved significantly on all the other segments since I started playing, but I still don’t score well on the Squid. Even when I don’t miss a single squid and get a perfect score, the high scorers are several hundred points ahead of me. I know some of them are bots, but not all of them are! Am I missing something? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I used to have a set Pogo Routine, but lately I’ve been playing whatever game in my favorites strikes me as a fun idea when I log on. I do try to at least pick up the two Trivial Pursuits everyday. I was doing the Crosswords, but got annoyed when it kept cheating me out of tokens.

Chrissy My boyfriend did pebble beach for me it can be done. You really have to watch the way the green slopes when you putt and compensate directionwise. He usually used the club reccomended but if he was going against the wind he went one up. Pretty much has to be a dead on center hit off the start not off to one side. He says the first 9 holes are the easiest and he used the clubs reccomended there so really try to get under par on the first 9. If you can get 5 under par on the first 9 holes then you have a good chance. Uphill putts need to be hit a little harder and he was aiming a little to the right side of cup. If you do good on a hole you might want to write down what club and where your aim was and how hard you hit it too. Hope this helps. Have a great weekend all.

What a great idea it was who mentioned to number the postings last week. So much easier to keep track of now.
As far as part of my normal routine: C C x2, T P x2, Word Search Daily, then I switch into my husband’s name and do it all again. Well actually I should say I try to do both names on a daily basis. Then I’ll work a little bit on what ever game I’m ranking at the time or work on a badge album.

i just got 1 yr of club pogo through coke rewards. i had no idea you keep getting them. so now my mission is for another yr!!!

my pogo routine! hmmm lol i’m almost real close to ranking out in payday freecell, so i spend whatever time i feel like in there. I need under 300 games to finish. i love boggle and will play it even after i rank out. I have the badge badge! still working on that 10 letter word one. I know it will happen.

as far as tp, ws, and cc,,,,,,i play them when i’m in the mood. i do find it easier to let a lot of days go by b4 i play ws…….not quite as boring then.

After getting the kids ready in the morning, I check my email, sign onto Pogo, then come to this site to check out what is new. Time permitting, I will do both TP’s then both CC’s. After that I usually find a game that doesn’t have a timer and bounce back and forth between the game and household duties.

When I signed into Pogo this morning, I had a message from someone who had me on their friends list. (Don’t know if it was someone from here or from a “Pogo Game Lovers” group I’m a member of.)

I checked with Pogo customer service before I did the 2nd year and they confirmed that there was no limit to the number of rewards that you can activate. And it only took 2 emails for them to understand my original question :)

Sheila #109. You go to any pogo page, and at the very top right you see “help”. Click on it and another screen comes up. Click on “login”. You will have to put in your sn and password so they know who you are. After you log in, on the left side you see “contact us”. Click on it and then click on the arrows to fill in the info needed and tell them your problem. gl

(Laura) In Crossword Cove, the black check mark means that there is an error in your puzzle. You should be able to re-do it correctly & get the green check mark.

Thank you paint for the help. My problem is that the puzzles will tell me I have all of the solutions correct and 0 errors yet I still get a black check mark. I think Crossword Cove needs a little help working out the bugs. Alot of people have reported strange things happening in this game.

Just curious….did anyone else hit rank 32 in word search today? If so, I must have missed one puzzle, because I am supposed to hit it tomorrow. and I thought I had done every puzzle since it started. :(

Like a few others on here have stated, I am disenchanted with Pogo this year and find myself playing Bigfishgames or games.com or going to Poker sites to play. The level of Pogo’s games has gone way down and if a game like crossword cove was that glitchy when it came out, they should have taken it down to fix it. It is not unprecedented as they have done it with Hog Heaven Slots when it came out buggy. I have been a member of Pogo since it was Club and before and by far this is the worst year for games ever. Every game bores me (except Boggle but the word limit thing was a joy kill) and I am seriously considering not renewing. To spend the 40 a year was not so bad when the games were good and it saved me from ads, etc but people playing the free site can play all the games I like such as Boggle and I believe Mini Golf madness is not going to be Exclusive either so why bother doing Club when i can play the same things for free? Plus the idea of spending 200-300 a year on gems to keep up with the large quantity of PBAs and Mix and Match seems absurd now and trust me I’m a person with over 1900 badges so I’m exactly the type of person Pogo doesn’t want to lose and is. I have a few friends on pogo that have not renewed in the last year and I see the trend continuing unless they get their acts together. As far as routing with the daily games, I dont care anymore. I usually go in once a week, perhaps on a sunday while I’m having Coffee and knock everything out in one sitting and then forget about it for the rest of the week, as well as pogo with the exception of Wednesdays and thats not too long either.

My Pogo routine is really random. I usually check in with this site first to see if anything new is happening with Pogo. After that I will work on any badges I have started and then work on whatever my current favorite game is and right now that’s Boggle Bash. Some days I will play a game I haven’t played in awhile instead to break up the routine. On the weekends I will do a week’s worth of Word Search if I remember and sometimes there is a few weeks to a month to catch up on.

On Boggle Bash I haven’t found either the 10 letter badge or the “badge” badge yet and I’m at rank 36. Eventually I’ll get them though.

Also I wanted to thank Bill for providing the website that explained Euchre better than the “how to” at Pogo. I was finally able to get my first ever badge for the game. Thank you for your help and thanks to Lura for this site where others are so helpful. Thanks!

My daily pogo routine is I play Word Search & Trivial Pursuit (finally caught up in this one lol) daily with my morning coffee before work. Then in the evening I play Crossword usually X 2 , and try to force myself to do a few puzzles in jigsaw detective lol. I’m so far behind in that game but it bores me since you do the same puzzles over n over n over. Then I usually work a little on a badge ( I have several albums & m-n-m not done) and then I play a game for ranks.
