i just love that they are harry potter themed, that is sweet, don’t imagine they should be that hard.. haven’t started yet :)

Im just wondering if POGO got an incentive from the happy potter inc. Not that im a cynic, but i bet they did $$$$ LOL

janet – well, the names are slightly different (Slitherin’ instead of Slytherin and Hog Warts instead of Hogwarts), so I’d have to say no. With that said, EA (Pogo’s parent company) produces all of the Harry Potter franchise games too. There’s a definite connection, but most likely not a sponsorship involving money to Pogo. More likely, whoever’s in charge of badge names/challenges probably reeeeally likes Harry Potter and has been waiting quite a while for the release of the latest movie this week.

Love the Harry Potter theme this week! Can’t wait to get to the movie.
Also, nice to be playing some of the older games for challenges.

The weekly badges went pretty quickly…I just played Stackem the usual way – at least Pogo gods didn’t ration the pink pigs like they ration the toys on Poppit badges…anyway, isn’t there an Owlcraft badge for the 17th?

In addition to these badges, to celebrate Harry Potter this week they’re doing a weekend badge (see the upcoming badges page for more info) and there will be magical type mini items on Thursday. Fun!
(Edited to add: apparently they’re not coming out this Thursday but next Thursday. Oops.)

May be obvious to most, but just to make sure everyone knows…
Play Stackem on EASY level because there are fewer types of animals to clear, leaving you with more pigs in each grid.

I hate Stackem so after getting about 25 pigs I would hit new game and a bunch more would be back…
